The property is comprised of 2 kinds of accommodation: Single room units featuring a double bed, wardrobe, kitchenette, bathroom and large terrace. The kitchen area is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher. The terrace is furnished with table and chairs and can be used for al fresco dining or enjoying the view of the main street and the sea in the distance. The apartment offers a full range of modern comforts: air conditioning and heating, satellite TV, armoured front door, telephone - Internet socket, bathroom with comfortable shower and hairdryer, safe. 2 roomed units composed of a living room with kitchenette, double bedroom, bathroom and extra-large terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped and also includes a dishwasher. The living room is equipped with a double sofa bed and the apartment can therefore sleep up to 4 persons. The terrace is furnished with table and chairs and can be used for al fresco dining or enjoying the view of the main street and the sea in the distance. The double bedroom is furnished in a modern style and overlooks the residence's swimming pool. The apartment offers a full range of modern comforts: air conditioning and heating, satellite TV, armoured front door, telephone - Internet socket, bathroom with comfortable shower and hairdryer, safe. Every unit has a reserved area on the beach equipped with 1 parasol, sun bed and deck chair included in the fare!

The ApartIl Teatro is located in the central Piazza Marina, in the very heart of Jesolo Lido, just 50 metres from the beach and close to everything the city has to offer. The Il Teatro is: 500 metres from the Aqualandia water park, one of Italy’s largest theme parks; 5 minutes from the brand new 18-hole golf course; and very close to the marina, where you can hire boats for splendid trips in the Venetian Lagoon. You can travel to Punta Sabbioni by car or bus and from there take a boat to visit Venice in just 15 minutes. Jesolo’s hottest nightclubs and bars Il Muretto, K-beach, Terazza Mare and the Marina Club are no more than 10 minutes away form the hotel.
